INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT COURSE
BDS offers Professional Development for
driver's education instructors placing them on
the path to earning their Texas Department of
Licensing and Regulation licensing.

This class is for individuals interested in
becoming a Driver's Education Instructor.  

This class is an ideal professional development
for current and retired educators who want to
expand their horizons.

The class is also great introduction for people
wanting to become an educator.  New Instructor
Training requires no previous instructor
experience or college degree for course
enrollment.

This program takes a comprehensive training
approach providing the needed knowledge and
tools to instruct driver's education at accredited
schools.  

After successful completion of BDS New
Instructor Training, you will present yourself to
the Texas Department of Licensing and
Refulation for licensing.  The TDLR licensing
process includes a criminal background check
and fingerprinting.

We only offer the New Instructor Training
course at our Houston BDS location.  Call today
